Our Current requirement: Requirement for - Voice Operations- CTI

The Job Descriptions is as below:

1 - 3 years experience in Telecom field
Experience working with enterprise-level Contact Center Solutions including IVR/Web/Multi-channel/PBX/ACD Call routing.
Experience with Genesys CIM (Framework/URS and CME)- Mandate
Experience with Genesys Email routing (iSuite/ MCR)
Experience with Genesys Reporting (CCPulse, CC Analyzer and Informat)
Experience in troubleshooting Genesys Infrastructure TServer and Softphone logs.
Experience with Avaya PBX, routing, workflow, design, development and test to support CTI
Experience with VXML and CCXML for IVR
Experience with Genesys voice platform (GVP)
Ability to lead and manage both IVR/CTI Speech projects
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
Must be able to work in a team environment.

Flexibility to work in 24/7 environment.
